The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 29.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16077 of 2016. The petitioner again filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that technical supervisor inspected the place of occurrence and found that the petitioner has already constructed the building but, it appears that the petitioner withdrew Rs. 13,34,000/- in the year 2011-12. The petitioner did not construct the building and Rs. 6,11,693/- is alleged to have been misappropriated by the petitioner. After five years a technical

Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that the petitioner defalcated a huge amount i.e. Rs. 6,11,693/- in the year 2011-12, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail.
