JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 25.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41046 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of his wife in connection with demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody for last three years and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as perused the letter of learned Trial Court, from which, it appears that the statements of accused persons have been recorded and the case is presently at the stage of defence evidence and two witnesses have been examined and the next date has been fixed as 09.09.2019. Learned Trial Court has assured that as soon as the defence witness conclude the trial shall be concluded within a month.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53397 of 2019(3) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, the trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
