JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chand P. S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act were added.
Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioners were the miscreants who had resorted to firing causing bullet injury to three persons, out of whom, one Ram Chandra Yadav died in course of treatment after 21 days
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21541 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 of the occurrence, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Accordingly, their application is rejected.
In case, the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of framing of charges, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Kanchan/- U
