For the Petitioner :
Shri Vinay Kumar Mishra, Advocate For the State :
Shri Anuj Kumar Srivastava, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE SHRI JUSTICE DHARNIDHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard.
Petitioner is the husband of the informant who had been married to the petitioner in 2007 and the couple had been blessed with a daughter. The allegation is that the petitioner was pestering and harassing the lady for additional dowry and was asking for giving to him a milching cow and some amount of money and in fact the cow was also given to the petitioner but in spite of that the lady was beaten up and was thrown out of her matrimonial house with her daughter. Submission is that the petitioner has married second time at the advise of the lady and that the petitioner was ready to take the lady back into his family fold.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17184 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2 / 2 The submissions above noted do not appear meritorious because of the fact that the lady having been blessed with a daughter is not supposed to have consented to the marriage of the petitioner with another lady. I do not want to say much on the merit of the allegation. What I find is that allegation and circumstances appearing there from are serious which does not permit granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
