The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420, 467 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he along with other three brothers purchased lands and the complainant constructed a godown on his share of land but, later on, the petitioner impersonated the complainant and got a sale deed executed in his favour. It is submitted that the allegation is false. The complainant himself executed the sale deed after receiving consideration money of Rs. 51,500/-. The case is compromised. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16754 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Subhash Kumar Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 3230 of 2012, corresponding to Tr. No. 4134 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
