This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 272, 273 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A), 54 and 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Fro the bathan of co-accused, Parmeshwar Sahni, country made liquor was recovered on 29.09.2016. Parmeshwar Sahni disclosed that the petitioner and others are his criminal associates.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid material, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
