2. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the date of surrender of petitioner, where prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner was allowed through Cr. Misc. No. 15205 of 2024 dated 14.03.2024.
3. It is pointed out that due to ill health, petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial court within time. It is further submitted that the delay was neither intentional nor deliberate.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reasons as stated in annexure 2 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72045 of 2024(5) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 present modification petition, petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks i.e., by 13.12.2024 from the date of this order, whereupon, learned trial court is directed to release the petitioner on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, in terms of order dated 14.03.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15205 of 2024.
5. It is made clear that no bail bond shall be accepted after 13.12.2024.
6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 14.03.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15205 of 2024.
7. Present modification petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
