JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.65 of 2015 under sections 461, 379 and 511 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was breaking the lock of the shop with an iron rod. On seeing the informant, he fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a similar type of case was lodged by the cousin of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Kundan Kumar is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.65 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra subject to the condition that he will not absent himself for two consecutive dates at a stretch till charge is framed.
