The petitioner along with others were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 on 11.10.2018 vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52342 of 2018. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
