Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(c)/21(b)/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 18(c)/27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Submission is that no narcotic item was recovered from possession of the petitioner, rather mobile phone, A.T.M. etc. were seized from his possession besides seizure of cash. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53654 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Amour Police Station Case No. 70 of 2019, Special Case No. 15/2019/CIS No. 15/2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
