JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the first information report of Town P.S. Katihar (Sahayak) Case No.809 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On perusal of the first information report of Town P.S. Katihar (Sahayak) Case No.809 of 2016, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application, I find that the allegations
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9216 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
