2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2016 in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 for the offence alleged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and has been arrested on mere suspicion. There is nothing to connect the petitioner with the offence as the stolen motor-cycle has also not been recovered from his possession. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. In the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22032 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. case No. 52 of 2015 with additional condition that the petitioner shall remain personally present as and when required and if he fails to appear on three consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
