The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2016 in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several persons have been named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Bhikhan Yadav has been extended the privilege of regular bail in the present case in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 947 of 2015 vide order dated 12.01.2015, and as such, the petitioner being similarly situated be extended the privilege of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23317 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 regular bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P.S.
