The petitioner seeks bail in Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 307 504 and 506 /34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that son of informant, namely, Ashish Kumar, aged about 8 years, had gone to play near pond and informant got information that this petitioner has assaulted his son. The informant went near the pond and saw that petitioner and his family members were assaulting his son with lathi and danda.
Case dairy has been received in this case, wherein injury report of the son of informant is available which shows that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50065 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 his son has sustained simple injury. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
