2. Perusal of the order the learned Single Judge, it is

Patna High Court L.P.A No.788 of 2025 dt.08-10-2025 2/2 evident that he relied on Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 read with CWJC No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors), so as to dispose of the writ petition.

3. The appellant's counsel submitted that the cited decision in the order of the learned Single Judge has no application to the case in hand. In that event, he should have made necessary submission since the order of the learned Single Judge is oral order passed on 10.07.2025.

4. Be that as it may, appellant is at liberty to file Civil Review while distinguishing that the aforementioned citation is not applicable to the appellant's case.

5. With the above observation, the present LPA stands disposed of.
