Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who apprehend arrest in relation to Baniyapur Police Station Case No 57 of 2016 dated 24.02.2016 corresponding to GR No 1352 of 2016 instituted under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioners got employment as Panchayat Teachers on basis of an order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority (for brevity, the Authority). On verifications, it was found that there was no such case before the Authority nor any such order was passed by the Authority. Thus, the very basis of the appointment of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21875 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 petitioners on basis of the Authority's order was found forge. Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to satisfy this Court that they were otherwise duly employed.

That being so, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The same is dismissed.

However, the petitioners may surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail and if they do so, their prayer for bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
