The petitioner seeks bail in Islampur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report itself it is mentioned that petitioner told the informant to come and collect the mobile which he had left in the train. The informant went to collect mobile from the petitioner and informed the Police. Thereafter, petitioner has been arrested.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.

No.54535 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
