ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the informant is present. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 384, 385, 504, 425/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is dispute with regard to boundary-wall between the parties and therefore, the present case has been lodged making farfetched allegations against these petitioners.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that after investigation, it has come on record that these petitioners are demanding Rangdari for doing their business of sale and purchase of land.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23160 of 2016 (4) dt.05-09-2016 Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case dairy submits that the allegation as alleged against these petitioners stands testified by the statement of other co-villagers. In view of the aforesaid submissions, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is accordingly, rejected.
