JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 626C/ 2016 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 34, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of torture and demand of dowry by the accused persons. It is submitted that the petitioners are fatherin-law, mother-in-law, Gotani and Devar of the complainant and the allegations against them are general and omnibus. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Khushbu Devi, Uttam Rajhans, Anil Rajhans and Sunita Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 626C/ 2016, subject to the
