JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the encroachment in question has been removed, hence nothing survives in the present writ petition. However, it is directed that the respondent authorities should be careful in future to ensure that the encroachment does not re-surface.

One I.A. petition bearing I.A. No. 1 of 2019 has been filed by one Devendra Prasad and Surya Prakash Bhagat for impleading them as party respondents in the present case. This Court is of the view that since the writ petition is

The writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
