JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing of the order dated 16.05.2013, passed by learned J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 61(C) of 2013 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Section 420 of the IPC against the petitioners. Permission is accorded.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9368 of 2014 (4) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 withdrawn.

The interim order granted to the petitioners vide order dated 04.03.2014, stands vacated.

The petitioners will be at liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
