====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner filed this petition for extending the period of his surrender in the learned court below in pursuance of the order dated 14.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1567 of 2015. It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.01.2015 and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, but the petitioner did not surrender in the learned court below within time. It is submitted that the petitioner met with an accident and, that is why, he could not surrender in the learned court below. Nothing has been stated or brought on record to show that the petitioner met with any accident. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18265 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 extend the period of surrender of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
