JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.01.2016 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati in Trial No.1687 of 2016 arising out of Amas P.S. Case No.77 of 2015 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and summons has been issued against them.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18543 of 2017 (2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
