2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 329(3), 329(4), 74, 75 of BNS and Section 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 16.06.2025.
4. As per case of prosecution the petitioner including other co-accused made an attempt to commit rape upon sisters-in-law of informant aged about 17 years and 18 years.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that allegation alleged through FIR against petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and considering the aforesaid aspect other co-accused namely, Mukesh Mahto, Sonu Thakur and Ranjan Thakur were granted bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 42996 of 2025 dated 16.07.2025. It is submitted that on the ground of judicial parity this petitioner also deserves bail. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as the allegation raised against this petitioner in very general and omnibus manner, coupled with fact that investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner remains in custody since 16.06.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Case No. 68 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Darbhanga /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of BNSS.
