1. The petitioner admittedly has filed an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Siwan, which is pending on account of there been no presiding officer.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition before this Court. In one other case the Court had the occasion to call the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20158 of 2021(2) dt.23-09-2022 2/2 Education Department to know the progress in making the Appellate Authorities functional, and it has been informed that process is going on and the authority would become functional by the second week of October.

3. Keeping in view thereto, it is directed that as soon as the Appellate Authority becomes functional, the petitioner shall be free to make a mention about his appeal and the concerned District Appellate Authority shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within period of four months thereof.
