2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 38 of 2023 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 379, 498(A), 493, 354(A)(ii), 362, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of purchasing the complainant for fifty thousand rupees and forcibly having intercourse with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a co-villager and after

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Complaint Case No.38 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
