JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that while the informant was coming from his Customer Service Centre, two unknown persons came and snatched his bag containing Laptop of HP Company, PAN card, Voter-ID Card and other valuable articles as well as Two Mobiles of Nokia Company and LYF. In one Mobile, SIM No. 9102062123, 9570322205 whereas in another Mobile of LYF company, SIM No. 7992430002 were inserted. It is further alleged that four accused persons were involved in snatching the articles and cash of Rs.59,600/- kept in

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 25.05.2018. He is not named in the written report. His name has come during investigation after receiving CDR report that SIM No. 8877497565 was used by the petitioner in the stolen LYF Mobile, belonging to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
