The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks direction to the Circle Officer to comply the order dated 11.07.2016, passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Masaurhi, Patna in Demarcation Case No.09/2014-15. From perusal of Section 15(6) of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, the petitioner should have approached the D.C.L.R. for compliance of his own order but

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the D.C.L.R., Masaurhi, Patna for compliance of his order in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
