From para-2 of the plaint, it is evident that partition in the family of Piru Mian and others which was materialized by a registered deed of partition dated 15.05.1985 and on the basis thereof, the land allotted to the share of Piru Mian is the subject matter of instant partition suit being drawn by the plaintiff Mazid Mian claiming himself to be the son of Piru Mian against his other brothers. Certainly, petitioner is not connected with Piru Mian but intends to challenge the registered partition of the 1985 for which,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11727 of 2012 (2) dt.03-02-2016 petitioner may take proper recourse available to him in accordance with law. So far order impugned is concerned that does not need interference and is accordingly, rejected.
