Also the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 07-01-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s); "i. For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to inquire the matter for punishing the guilty respondents of Newsrijit Aanganbadi ward No. 7 and ward No. 9 Nagar Panchayat, Bikaramganj, Rohtas who had made irregularities in selection of Anganbari for their

ii. For issuance of any other appropriate writ directing the commanding the respondents to get the FIR lodged against the guilty respondents who have made irregularities in selection of Newsrijit Aanganbadi ward No. 7 and ward No. 9 Nagar Panchayat, Bikaramganj, Rohtas.

iii. For issuance of any other relief/relieves for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law."

Petitioner's request is pending before Respondent No. 5, namely the C.D.P.O., Bikramganj, Rohtas. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that since 15th of February, 2019, no action is being taken by the said officer. Petitioner shall be content if this petition is disposed with a direction to the said officer to positively take a decision in the matter on expeditious basis.

Ordered accordingly.

Petition is disposed of in the following terms: (a) The petitioner shall make himself available before the concerned authority on 28.01.2022 on which date a date shall be fixed for further hearing of the matter; (b) Petitioner shall fully cooperate and not take any unnecessary adjournment;

(c) The said officer shall adjudicate the matter by passing a speaking order assigning reasons within a period of

(d) Needless to say that while considering such request, principles of natural justice shall be followed and due opportunity of hearing afforded to the parties. (e) Liberty reserved to the petitioner to challenge the order, should the need so arise subsequently. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
