The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with farsa on his head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case, in which, both sides sustained injury. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. Other similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
