JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sathi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 323, 324, 325, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report ten persons entered in the shop of informant armed with lathi, danda etc. It is alleged that one Sarfaraj Sai gave knife blow to the informant causing injury in his hand and the accused persons also took away Rs.20,000/- from the shop of the informant.

It has been submitted that petitioner is a student of engineering. He has clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6116 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
