The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 1.8.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 59 of 2001/11 of 2005 by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Sitamarhi. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do no find any reason for interference.
