On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the last portion of the order be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani and the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The order dated 20.03.2014 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
