Petitioner seeks pre arrest bail in Manigachhi P.S.Case No.122 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 313 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 who are the husband and the wife and both have settled their dispute in terms of the settlement mutually agreed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13463 of 2017 (6) dt.31-10-2017 2/2 upon by them vide Memorandum of Agreement dated before the Mediation Centre Patna High Court, Patna.
Since the dispute has already been settled in between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Darbhanga, in Manigachhi P.S.
