The petitioner prays for cancellation of polling at booth no. 95, ward no.-5, Block-Mashrakh in the District of Saran inter alia on grounds of bogus votes.

The issue of bogus vote is an issue of fact which requires to be established by the aid of evidence and thus the forum for the petitioner would be otherwise than in writ jurisdiction. The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the same.

The writ petition is disposed of.
