The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Jai Prakash Yadav @ Bhim Yadav who was apprehended on the spot.
From the written report it appears that one four wheeler white colour Skoda vehicle was apprehended from which total 336 bottles of foreign liquor has been recovered.
