The petitioners seek bail in Bakhtairpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have dragged the victim and made an attempt to commit rape with her, but on alarm many
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18386 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 persons came there and saved her.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got enmity with the informant and her family members.
On the other hand learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Having considered the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in jail since 07.02.2015, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. Choubey, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtairpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
