The petitioners seek quashing of the first information report of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 341, 427, 379, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the investigation of the case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
