The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 327, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is of making indiscriminate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23077 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 assault to the informant's side. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 Dipu Yadav assaulted Banarsi Yadav, with sword, causing head injury. One injury of Banarsi Yadav has been found grievous. Three persons received injury from the informant's side but except one injury of Banarsi other injuries have been found simple. There is counter versions of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioner's sides have also received injuries. Considering the fact that petitioner no.

1 Dipu Yadav has caused grievous injury to Banarsi Yadav, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner no.1 Dipu Yadav, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui. So far as petitioner nos. 2 to 8 are concerned, no accusation has been levelled against them, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 to 8 be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
