Pankaj, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed for modification of the order dated 01.12.2015, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54644 of 2015, whereby, the petitioner, being the husband of the complainant, was granted provisional anticipatory bail for one year, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1237 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari, wherein, process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the I.P.C.
