The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.348 of 2009, registered for offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the allegation against the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he had submitted forged and fabricated documents and certificate in connection with his appointment as physical teacher. Learned counsel submits that it is a case of false implication and the prosecution has been launched on vague allegations. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated persons have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51813 of 2018 (3) dt.20-09-2018 granted privilege of regular bail by a learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.30977 of 2010 vide order dated 11.10.2010.

Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein similarly situated persons have been granted privilege of regular bail earlier by a learned coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2009 (G.R.No.2245 of 2009), subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
