The petitioner being a step mother of the victim/deceased is in custody since 25.06.2019 in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case against the petitioner is false and fabricated and there is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner had in any been torturing the deceased. If at all there is any dispute in the family, it was between the brother and the father and there is no allegation that this petitioner in particular had been engaged in any such family dispute. It is further contended that the father of the victim/deceased has since been extended the privilege of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that there being no cogent material to be connect the occurrence with the present petitioner and also because the husband of the present petitioner has since been extended the privilege of bail and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018.
