This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2017 for offences under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of a loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner and submission is that he has been in custody since 03.11.2017.

However, considering aforesaid facts and large number of the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, precisely fourteen in number in serious cases of murder, extortion and several cases of Arms Act, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
