====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2021 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and allegation is a recovery of one country made pistol from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case at the behest of his wife who had complained to the police that the petitioner used to assault and torture her on which a raid was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67427 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 conducted and thereafter the petitioner was arrested. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2021.
