In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but as submitted by the Petitioner, unfortunately, the dispute could not be resolved. Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 3.4.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 265 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Sitamarhi, is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to
