Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.398 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitiioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for last seven months and seizure of one country made pistol and five live cartridges are shown from possession of the petitioner but he had no criminal antecedent under the Arms Act, only one case earlier instituted against him is of the Excise Act.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Chiranjeev Kumar Sah @ Chiranjeev

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40836 of 2018(4) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 Kumar @ Sunny @ Sunny Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.398 of 2017.
