2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forest Case No. 9F/24(CIS-F-9/2024-Balmiki Nagar) registered for the offence under Sections 2, 27, 29, 31, 51 of the Indian Forest Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in the illegal tree falling.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he in custody since 21.12.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sahodra Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
