Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No. 108 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 and later on Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 8 & 12 of POCSO Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the then co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.5.2018 in Cr.Misc.No. 29895 of 2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and as earlier prayer for bail was rejected, I am not inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51978 of 2018 (3) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 to the petitioner.

However, as the petitioner is in custody, learned court below is directed to expedite the trial.
