Informant, Manish Kumar filed written report alleging inter alia that in the background of land dispute with his Pattidar Ram Naresh Singh, on 07.08.2016 at about 1:00 a.m. Ram Naresh Singh, Harikant Kumar, Amarnath Kumar and Jitendra Kumar made house trespass and shot at his father. From the postmortem report, it is apparent that single firearm injury has been found. Furthermore, it is evident that right from the further statement of informant about presence of petitioner during course of occurrence is found suspicious one.

That being so, petitioner, Jitendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
